With a nonprofit management and accounting background along with her QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification, she has been instrumental in analyzing and implementing policies and procedures ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in organizations by designing and implementing everything from employee handbooks to board and committee manuals to internal policy and procedures guides.
